What are my shipping and delivery options?
We currently do not offer in-store pickup from our business premises. All orders are shipped to the customer’s supplied address using a courier service or via a parcel pick-up point service.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the South Africa.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above R1200. Standard shipping rates apply for all other orders.
