The 7-Day Playbook

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags: All original tags must still be attached.
  • Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible.

Note: For hygiene reasons items like socks, or undergarments are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.


How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Email us at admin@graceandvelocity.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
  2. Ship: Once approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your gear.
  3. Inspect: After we receive your return, our team will inspect the items (usually within 3–5 business days).
  4. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

FAQs

Who pays for return shipping? Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I exchange for a different size? Absolutely! If the size you need is in stock, we’ll help you swap it out so you can get back to training.

When will I see my refund? Once processed, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
